Manasota Federation Kickoff Meeting

As this is the first year since 2010 that we have had an active Manasota Federation (which includes all FFA chapters in Manatee and Sarasota counties), my office team and I viewed this as a great and critical opportunity to set the standard for future Federation officers in regards to how active and involved we wish to be. We started off the year after getting the federation organized by hosting a kickoff meeting. We wanted this to be informal and a fun way to get the different FFA members that make up the diverse federation to meet one another, so we hosted it at a skating rink, and had roller skating for the members after a short informational meeting. We had a great turnout for our first event, and had a successful meeting!
